the life of baby jude

On Saturday, Mama & I took a trip upstate to visit Meema for the day. About 8 or 9 years (those dark times before yours truly was even a twinkle), Mama & Meema first went to a farm in New Paltz called Country Charm Farm. They are known for their elaborately dressed scarecrows. There are a bride & groom, SuperMan, a woman waiting for the subway, a cowboy... so many cool ones to look at and pose with. There was even a hayride for us to go on, which has quickly become one of my favorite things about this time of year. I have to say, it really was quite cute and fun, if not very chilly.

I guess it's really fall, huh? The leaves look so very pretty. In school, we have talked a lot about all the neat colors that the leaves turn this time of year before they fall off for the winter. This is a really great time of year and I've been very lucky to do lots of fall activities. This was my third farm trip in three weeks!
