Crazy Bus, Etc.

I wanted to make a separate post just to talk about the rides on the boardwalk when I went to the beach a few weeks back. After a long day at the beach with Mama, you would think I would be a bit tuckered. But Uncle G, Auntie Louise, Aunt Lynda and Uncle Erik arrived for some food and fun. After totally turning my nose up to the hot dog that Uncle G bought for me, we ventured onto the rides. As recently as a month back, I HATED rides. I was okay if someone came on with me, but not so hot if I had to go alone. Unfortunately, some rides adults just can't go on. I was okay, though, both solo and with my very fun ride buddy. Here we are on the Crazy Bus waving to everyone down below. That was a good one. I was sort of partial to the motorcycles, though; perhaps I was paying homage to my Meema, the rider! But I loved this one so much I went on more times than I could count. I would hold on very tight, looking very serious. A rider has to be cautious, after all.

I'm sure glad Uncle G sprung for the big pack of ride tickets. We have to hit Jenkinsons a few more times before the season comes to a close, now that I'm a little daredevil.
