the life of baby jude

Okay, so the main reason we went to Buffalo was to help Grandpa Rick ring in his 60th birthday. I bet you're wondering why there are no actual pictures of this event (this random one above was added for sheer cuteness factor), or Grandpa Rick at all. Well, Daddy forgot the camera at Aunt Joy's house the day of the bash. But rest assured, we all had a very good time. I hope that Grandpa had fun with all of his family! I know I did (Nice house, Uncle Mike!)
We did, however, remember to bring the camera to the Buffalo Zoo. I'm glad we got to visit it, even if the train ride was broken (something I lamented to Mama, Meema and anyone who would listen). We got to see lots of great animals and eat ice pops. I'm hoping someone will be kind enough to take me back to Turtleback Zoo soon where the train actually does work. ( I like to ride it a bazillion times in a row, so maybe that's why no one wants to take me back. Hmmm.)
