Three

Monday was my THIRD birthday. Can you believe it? I'm officially a preschooler, much to everyone's amazement. It seems like just yesterday I was a baby. I look forward to seeing everything that three has to offer. Some personal goals I have set myself for this year are: use the potty regularly, go to soccer camp, learn more words and maybe get my own apartment. We'll see.
My birthday was rather fun for a Monday. Mama took off the day to spend it with me, but it didn't go quite as we had envisioned. The northeast was experiencing quite the heat wave (99 degrees!) and a transformer caught on fire in our town and we lost power. We went to do a bit of shopping (I was going to get a birthday toy), but then KMart lost power (or as I like to say, "KMart is broken.") It was insanity. Mama, Grandma and I wound up at Willowbrook Mall, wondering around in hopes of staying cool. Mama & Gaga had planned on taking me to see "Kung Fu Panda," but after the long, hot day I was a bit tired, so we went out to dinner, got some Italian ice and went home. I didn't mind, though. I'm quite the trooper and always go with the flow. I can have fun anywhere (JC Penney & Costco included).
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!
I couldn't not even imagine losing power earlier this week...it was NASTY.
Happy 3rd Birthday! Uncle G and I had so much fun at your party! You were quite the host and seemed unfazed by the intense heat!! I especially loved when you chose to sit with me on GaGa's leather chair sans clothes!! I don't blame you, boy it was hot! Also thanks for helping me shoot Uncle G with your very cool water gun...that sure felt good blasting him like crazy!!!
You are a precious addition to our lives and Mommy and GaGa threw you one great party! You are very lucky to have such wonderful parents!!
We Love You SOOOOOO Much!!
Aunt Lynda, Uncle G and Dog-Dog (even though he missed the party he was there in doggie spirit!!)
