Mr. Bubble
Last week, Mommy fancied a bubble bath for me out of baby shampoo. :-) I liked it so much that she decided she should buy me some real bubble bath. So on Friday, she went with Aunt Lynda to Harmon and got me some! Thanks Aunt Lynda! I've been enjoying it ever since. Here I am with the amples bubbles, getting all nice and squeaky clean. Gaga knows how to do it up, making all sorts of fun games out the bubbles. Ah, good times.
I feel like I should include this picture, though. Ain't it just tres Joodles?

OAT-MEEEEEEE-ALLLLLL!!

Gaga is not really a man of variety when it comes to breakfast. He eats oatmeal EVERY morning. No, really, every morning. Usually I scam some from him. You know the old rule about other people's food tasting better. Anyway, M&D don't have a microwave, so they boil water to make oatmeal. Since, Gaga has been making it for so long, as soon as I hear that kettle whistle, I know what's coming-- OATMEAL! I tear into the kitchen and jump up and down, screaming the words in jubilation. In case you can't understanding me in this video, that's what I'm saying. The excited jumping makes it a bit hard to understand. You'll notice that on this particular morning, I got a bit *too* excited. How mean is it that my parents just laughed and laughed when I fell on my baby bum. Honestly, have they no scruples?
Sophie is 2!!!
On Friday, Mommy and I went to Sophie's birthday party! Normally, we wouldn't be able to attend such things, but since Mommy is still between jobs (She starts a new one on Tuesday. It's about time the bum went back to work!), we got to go! All my old buddies were there. Let's see, there was Lucy, Evie, Callie, Julia, Charlie, Cooper (who I had never met before, although I think our mommies have met at one those "Mommy goes out without me and drinks wine" sort of functions), Sophie of course, and a new friend I have never met-- Kaileigh. She has a little brother, too. His name is Blake and he's seven weeks old! Just a little guy!
The party was so very fun. There were strawberries and Cheddar Bunnies and cupcakes! And we got a very nice gift bag with party favors to take home! I love my friends. I'm really hoping that M&D hit the lotto soon, so Mommy can stay home with me, and then we can meet up with my friends all the time!
Here's a group cupcake shot. I was sitting on Mommy's lap, though. I figure it's not really a party until I've gotten some sort of food stains on my mother.

Babies Who Brunch (AKA Stan of the Cool Trains)
Last Sunday, M&D and I got invited to Lucy's house for brunch. See, her cousins Stan and Freddie, along with their M&D Liz and Nigel were visiting from-- get this-- Scotland! Cool, right? In my travels, I don't meet many Europeans! Anyway, they came for a ten day visit to see Lucy and her parents. Stan is almost three and Freddie is about six months old. Actually, Stan is sort of the "blog pioneer" and the main reason I have one! He had his, and then Lucy got one and then me! So let's all thank Stan! You can read all about his and Freddie's trip to the states at www.stanslog.blogspot.com. It's really, really funny and clever and gets two "toddler thumbs" up from me!
What a great way to spend the Nor'Easter of 2007! I'm not sure when I'll get to see Freddie and Stan again, but I'm really glad I got to meet them. M&D seemed quite enthralled with Liz & Nigel, too. Judging by the company they seem to keep, I think they have a thing for those from across the pond. That explains all the Monty Python.

I like to potty all the time
OK, noboby get too excited, I'm not peeing on the potty yet. But M&D took a step in the right direction. They got me a potty! Guess what-- I've sat on it twice now. I'm not that fond of it and can't imagine why one would ever want to go through the trouble of using it when you can just pee in diapers. I guess there's something I'm missing here....
Hippity Hoppity
I had a great Easter! M&D and I went upstate to Grandma's house on Saturday night. On Sunday morning, when I woke up, I discovered that the Easter Bunny brought me lots of cool stuff. First off, I got a shopping cart with pretend food! Actually, this was from Grandma. She knows I love anything with wheels! I pushed it all around her house. We even left it there, so I can't wait to play with it, the next time we visit. After being up for an hour or two, I stumbled upon something that looked like an airplane. Upon further investigation, I discovered a whole Easter basket! It had a fire truck, cars, an airplane! Talk about exciting. That Easter Bunny knows just what I like. I think it's the exact basket that I picked out in the store. Mommy said she would tell the EB which one I wanted and she didn't let me down! M&D and Grandma also hid eggs for me to find. I had tons of fun running all around Grandma's house yelling, "Egg!!!!!!!" whenever I found one. Grandma also gave me and M&D some very delicious candy.
I had a wonderful Easter! What a fun holiday!!!
